... don't indulge in drink, verbal excess nor lust, and above all in the passion for money...
This is Diderot, is it not?
No, this is not Diderot, you shall not lie to yourself, that's the most important.
Those who lie to themselves, those who listen to their own lies, finally get to the point that they recognize no truth anymore, not in themselves nor around themselves, and they then lapse in disregard of selves and all others.

F. Dostojewskij
The Old Monk in 'The Karamasow brothers'

Akatius:
add social media, mix and propagate, and you get from a small retouch of your face, ass or CV, to widespread fucking fakery.

  1. We are living a very confusing age, where the final aim seems to be transform the next generation into a nihilist and anesthetized creatures. It’s curios to see some filosophers, politicians, artists and common citizens from left and right be critics about the dominant thought, widespread from our national media (public and private) and our managerial class. Nobody should be afraid to think different altough having the world against him. So in this age where Dostoevskij is censored also in schools, I promise to myself to read some of his famous books, because I am sure that: “Beauty will save the world”.
